Queens Head, Boughton-under-Bleanback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
This place was a breath of fresh air after experiencing a chav and pikey fest at teh White Horse down the road. Had a guest ale on called frosty glow, not to my liking but its nice to see a pub selling guest ales in addition to the mainstream ales. The other half enjoyed a nice half of Thatcher's too which went down well with her. I remember soilling the last bit of my dring across the bar, but the barmaid was kind enough to immediately resupply my glass without me requesting her to do so - certainly worth an additional point to the rating!

Yes, Fantastic food +++++ Beer not bad.

We often stop here after leaving Canterbury. A Sheps pub of course and the beer is often good. Stopped there this afternoon and Master Brew was OK but not perfect. The food here though is exceptional for a pub, with everything from light bites to full meals. We ate humus with strips of bread, carrot and celery. Excellent.

I alighted the train at Selling and ambled through some very pretty countryside, and after nearly being run over in a hop field by some maniac tractor driver called Jerzy or Stanislaus, I arrived some thirty minutes later at the Queen's Head.
I had an excellent pint of Master Brew. Staff are friendly and efficient, and I soon fell into conversation with a friendly local couple.
A separate side bar is home to a pool table. There is a separate dining room by the look of it. The menu looked good, but I didn't have anything as I got there half an hour prior to closing for the afternoon. The Queen's Head also offers accomodation.
There is live music on this weekend - a folk group or somesuch. A pub I shall return to for a longer visit.
Well done Terri - I like your pub. 7/10

A new landlady takes over at the end of this month. She is a lovely lass who deserves a decent pub.

Great village pub - lovely food, all fresh and well-prepared.
Friendly landlord and staff serve mean pint of lovely think Guinness, as well as a selection of Kentish ales and lagers. Enormous garden out the back as well - also a dartboard and bat-and-trap pitch.
