Cheerful harbour front pub.Choice of bitters from Okells and bushys plus Moorhouses Black Cat mild.Probably only pub in Ramsey with a regular mild.

Sunday lunchtimes would be much better if the landlord didnt have a hangover and was less grumpy.
Good looking pub in an excellent harbour front location. Also possibly my beer of the week in a cool, creamy Okells IPA. Sadly I only managed 3 pints before being whisked off for the last tram to Douglas.
Although the beer was pretty good we weren't too keen as the bar woman and people huddled round the bar were engaged in a demolition job of various things in Ramsey. Made you think you had come to the wrong place so we went to Sulby.......
Busy, traditional looking pub on the front well worth finding. Okells Bitter, Bushy's Oyster Stout, Moorhouse's Black cat Mild and Olde Trip on offer from 2.40.
This was a busy friendly pub with a good harbourside setting. Enjoyed the Holt Fifth Sense. I would say the best of the two Good Beer Guide listed pubs in Ramsey. Dog friendly too.
Probably the best pub we visited in Ramsey. It was also the busiest. 3 real ales were served - Okell's Bitter, Phoenix Arizona and Moorhouse's Black Cat. Nice location overlooking the harbour.
Friendly cosy harbourside pub with a good selection of well kept ales.
The best pub in Ramsey - though not the most Manx
Pub with a good buzzing atmosphere and normally a good choice of decent, well kept ales
Good admosphere , lot's of different beer's and a verry pleasant host
Good pub with decent beer and nice location by the harbour (would be even better if they got round to building a Marina in Ramsey!)
very good beer everytime i am in, but when james is away the mice will play and it goes down hill until he is back !
a bit clicky

Great pub, but then it is my Uncle who owns it. A must for tourists. It has won some of the top real ale prizes. So if your into your real ale, don't miss it....

Not a bad pub. The beer is good but the locals are a bit scary. Seems to be a bit of an "old codger's" pub.

This is the place I head for in Ramsey. Historic tavern on the quay just opposite the boat yard that produced The Star of India
Good selection of beers
