Probably one of the best ranges of beer I've seen on the Isle of man. It is now run by the guys who run The Two Fellas micropub in Peel (not listed on this site). 9 real ales on a couple from Bushy's and the rest being from the mainland. Blackjack stout from Manchester was on which was one of the favourites of the day.

Excellent stop off after a walk around the sights of Peel.Choice of several bitters plus Bushys Mild.Couple of pints of mild and off to the bus back to Douglas.

Our favourite pub of the weekend in the Isle of Man. There are a few different rooms, with the one on the roadside at the front having the most character and also the most characters. Locals (mainly women) were well on the road to getting more than a little tipsy. Rooms at the rear were also busy and were quite pleasant. There is a pool room here too. The exit door to the car park looks like a stable door. Beers on were Moorhouses Honey & Pride of Pendle, Three Castles Sand Castles, Bushys Shuttleworth Snap IPA & Ruby Mild & York Blonde. Cider was Westons Traditional Scrumpy. If you looked at this pub from the outside, you probably wouldn't go in. Once inside, it can prove difficult to leave.

Well kept selection of beers in this multi-roomed pub and well informed landlord, who proudly pointed out the awards presented to the pub, on the wall. Clientele seemed to be all locals, with only us as trippers so a more balanced view of island life here!!

Loved this multi roomed pub with its good selection of real ales. One we travelled back to during our stay on the island. Okells Alt superb on our quick first visit, and enjoyed Moorhouses Pride of Pendle and Bushy's Ruby Mild on our second visit when we timed the buses better.

A very interesting Pub with different bars to suit all tastes and a fine selection of real ales.

Shame about the smoke. But the beer is the best on the island.

THE Best pub in Peel, without a doubt. One of the best pubs on the Isle of Man. There is always a good choice of well kept real ale on offer. It gets VERY crowded during TT week. Why are there always german bikers standing next to the cigarette machine?

Friends tell me the ale is good here.
