It's ok for a quick couple. Used to be a Wetherspoons and you can tell that from the furnishment. Its clean, sells bog standard keg beers and lager, its pretty inoffensive.

There is no real ale in here, although there are three unused hand pumps, and there is a very limited standard lager selection along with three Guinness pumps. The pub has Sky and Setanta which is shown on the plasma screens and there is also a dartboard. There are some nice mirrored booths either side of the main bar area and there is also a paved drinking area out the back door.
The background music would have been ok if it wasnt for the sound also being on the football review programme that no one was watching.
There was live music advertised for every Saturday night, but I cant see myself returning as I do not plan to grace the streets of Edgware again in the foreseeable future.

pleasant place for a few pints - better now the smoking ban is in....

No more real ale at the Three Wishes, unfortunately; the chap behind the bar told us last night that they couldn't sell enough of it so had to stop. There are still three handpumps on the bar, which holds out hope that one day they might be in use again.

Pleasant enough place. Good service.

I went here before Christmas whilst I was shopping in Edgware for the first time in about three years I seem to remember it was A Wetherspoons when I used it back in them days called The Blacking Bottle. Seems much better now Had good few Pints of London Pride in here and its still the best Pub around Edgware Station. P/s I did try to post A review back then but it went missing twice so thats why its Late.

Now the Three Wishes, This is the only pub to drink in Edgware, Great pints, always clean and tidy, real good atmosphere when karaoke or tribute bands are on.
Real friendly regulars, two fruit machines, one poker and one quiz machine and dart board.
With plenty of big screen plasmas to watch all the live sporting events on.
Dale & Gemma you are doing a great job running this pub it is the best pub in Edgware by a million miles and you have some of the best bar staff working for you everyone is so friendly.
Keep up the good work.

Now known as the Three Wishes. Standard decor (including proper pub carpet), friendly staff, plenty of space. Deserted on a Bank Holiday Monday but spent a pleasant hour watching the cricket on Sky Sports. I was also surprised by a genuinely lovely pint of London Pride.

ok pub nice staff met nice bloke called chris there quiet good with the arrows.
|
Is this now the Three Wishes? If it is it's not a traditional pub anymore. Lots of big screen TV, blackboards and 'Victorian' fittings straight out of a pub company's vivid imagination.

I've been here once.. but it didn't serve cider so it wasn't really for me. Seemed quite nice though. It's changed name now.. not sure if it was refurbished but it looks better from the outside.
I do remember the leather bottle.. although i was 10 when that closed down so not old enough to drink yet. Was a nice little restaurant though.
