Carbrook Hall, Carbrookback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
Pub with a lot of history, this was a Hall once used by Parlimanterian Forces during the Civil War prior to their attack on the Castle at Sheffield. Although now only one 'wing' of the building remains, it still retains enough interest both inside and out to be different. The garden is spacious and very nice. The negative parts are that the pub offers little in the way of decent beer, serving only keg Stones which seems a shame for such an old place and the inside, though nice in parts, is a little grubby in others. Not bad, certainly an interesting stop, but could be improved at the bar.

has a nice beer garden (albeit surrounded by factories and a main road), but no real ale

Excellent pub with great atmosphere, lovely beer and the best pub food I have ever tasted (all freshly cooked)

I luv this pub, it is my local drinking establishment after a hard nights work at pizza hut and along with my fellow work mates, a microphone, drink and bags of enthusism its an amazing place to be! The staff are so friendly too, even though they are all gay or bi-sexual. The drinks are of normal prices for a pub but you can get just about any drink and also make up your own little concoctions too. Theres plenty of seating outside and also in the bar itself, but becareful if your a female as the loo's are haunted, and if you dont believe in this jargon, you go to the loo and see how long it takes you to open then door, as i was stuck in here for 15mins last night whilst i waited and pulled the handle, freaky! Theres alot more i could say about this pub but i think ill let you make ur own mind up!

Looks a half decent pub inside, but is located in wasteland going towards Meadowhell and the service is less than friendly..
