A few days in llandudno touring the countryside by day and pubs by evening, carlton is a stonegate pub no hairs and graces here, food is basic but plentifull and always hot unlike the other main chain pub (wethers). 2 real ales on, brain SA and 1 from conwy brewery,4/5 on quality overall best PUB in town

Went in last night, was busy it was Karaoke night. Wine was not too expensive and the pub has bee refurbished. Staff were friendly.

A shocking pub, aged and tatty, poor service and politeness of staff, refused a drink after an afternoon shopping as i had my 6 week old child with me! unless of course i purchased food!! what and why?? worst policy ever!!! in the current credit crunch and with pubs closing every day is this a good way to get buisness?? they deserve to close!!!

This is a large pub in the centre of the town, not too far from It the pier. It has a large saloon bar with the bar at one end. It has the look and feel of a Wetherspoon's pub with similar deals on their food. There was an average selection of real ale including Thwaites Lancaster Bomber, Tetley's Bitter and Marston's EPA. Both food and drink were cheap and good value. The seating was plentiful and comfortable.

Came to Llandudno with a group of sixteen golfers from wheathampstead, this was our first pub and it is one that we didn't return to. The beer is cheap along with some of its customers and some of the women were hairier than the men SCARY !!!!!.

Very good beer offers. Lager and bitter from around 1.70 a pint. I found the staff very friendly and efficient. Old fashioned pub but looked clean- dirty plates and cuttlery removed quickly.

Its always been a rough old boozer, not unpleasant or anything, just a local place for local people.

main street corner pub which has kept many of its original victorian features. period style engraved windows, etc. although currently looking a bit worse for wear and neglected. april 2007. good offers on some beer and spirit prices. could be nice with a bit more care.
