Don't go to this pub. It was turned into Tescos Express about 3 years ago!!!

Used to love this pub, this is where my Wife and I started courting back in 1974. Our Son had his 21st birthday party here but soon after that the pub started to go downhill and then it had a fire. Now another damn Tesco's.

Now a tesco last time I was back in the old manor, shame because that had been a pub for as long as I can remember and I spent all but the last 3 years of my life in that area ... Another proper pub gone

If your wanting a decent pint of ale dont bother here it hopeless go to Rainham village instead.

I resent that comment i live on the Mardyke estate 5 mins from the pub and most of us on this "unliked estate" drink in the mill house on dagenham new road. The cherry three is a good proper pub none of your fancy stuff here. Thats the way we like it. Every area has its trouble making youths especially an area with a hi rise estate and on the border of dagenham. You get a good pint and the service is friendly.

god words cant express my dislike of this place , S**thole dont come close , full of rainham chavs and pikeys , mind you thats the cherry tree area for you , 5 mins from the mardyke estate , surrounded by take away shops where the local chavs hang around , always a fight in the car park , bloody hate this place with a passion , even people dont walk by this pub at kicking out time , take the time and get a 165 to hornchurch . but its saving grace is the beer wasnt that bad .
