the picture house which was formally a edwards must be one of the best changed bars in leeds,6 real ales on my last visit including a superb everads tiger. in a area thats got 3 jd wetherspoond within its vicinity the picture house is way above the best in the area

No longer exists as Edwards Bar, closed and referbed and re-opened as The Picture House. Think Wetherspoons and you've got this one although there not quite the variety of ales you usually get in a Wetherspoons. Food similar to a JDW house.

Shame i like the EDWards chain but this aint good, didnt help that the air con had died and the place is built rather like a greenhouse,6/10

When I called in it was just after 5.00pm, the staff were disinterested, and the table was dirty, not a very good place.

Poor service - waited 45 minutes for two steaks and some curly fries with chilli and cheese. When the steaks arrived they were badly burned despite asking for rare. When I spoke to the manager he was dismissive, asked me what he should do and practically threw the refund at me without apology.
