Turfcutters Arms, East Boldre

The pub does do good pub food, and is friendly, but what is the awful smell in the bar when you walk in ?
Only appeared when the no smoking ban came in.
Also the garden and rear carpark needs a good clean and tidy up.

The George Hotel, Hatherleigh

Have stayed in the hotel before and it was great, unfortunately now under new ownership. The place is now looking very run down. No-one used the restaurant therefore no atmosphere in the place. Part of the dining area now used as a storeroom and another part has the dreaded snooker table.
Worse thing was the piles of smelly rubbish outside in plastic bags - not even in bins.
