visited sunday 27th lunchtime,packed,no chance of a table,wrong! lady on the door advised us about 10mins wait,took my name went to the bar and ordered a flat hobgoblin.As still as sherry but better! should mention my partner and i are both CAMRA members so this was a real plus.Excellent pint! Perused the pub papers and soon shown to our table.big choice menu from which i chose the lambs liver with bacon and onions.excellent meal served with a smile and an extra boat of gravy.could'nt resist a second pint condeming my partner to drive. Service at all times was tops! It was very busy making the attention of the staff even more remarkable.Asked to see the manager,Shane,to complement him on a well run pub,in fact,the best service i've ever had.Well done all,look forward to a return,cheers!
