My wife and i are well travelled but now enjoy staying in the UK so we can holiday with our dog Sam therefore alot of our reviews are based aroung dog friendly pubs and resturants.

The New Inn, Beaminster
We have just returned from a cracking week in Dorset staying in Soke Abbott and the New Inn was our local, it is a fantastic pub with suprisingly good food not just you run of the mill pub food but quality resturant food at non resturant prices(this chef knows how to cook a steak like no other), the landlord/landlady are very welcoming and will do all they can to seat you in what is a small local inn even if you didn't book(i recommend booking its very popular), nothing is too much trouble for these guys and i strongly recommend you try it let me know what you think.
