The Queens Head, Birmingham

since re opening this classic pub and re naming it the jekil and hyde it is indeed hidious! sky high prices, poor food and an even worse choice in interior/ exterior decor !
After being a regular user for over 25 years i have never seen the place so empty !
Dont just take my word for it..... but im voting with my feet along with all the other regulars,...... were going into hyde..ing !

The Gunmakers Arms, Birmingham

This place really is a gem! having worked in the building trade a number of years now i really never thought i would learn another skill but hang in there... after only 20 seconds in the place i was taught how to pull the perfect pint, cash up and empty the glass washer... cant wait until friday night, as i have yet to master the art of door control person! but im sure i will soon get the hang of it,.... well thats if im not the entertainment? good food good atmosphere all round excellent pub!

The Coach and Horses, Castle Bromwich

my god what can you say... ideal if you want to get a beer after a hard day at school... the land lady is obviously trying to win the worst service award as all the staff seem more interested in chatting at the top end of the bar and not concentrating on seving in turn!!! how annoying, most nights have live entertainment which is usually the dingles fighting ..... yeah it really is a place that you will remember!
