The Cottage Freehouse, Norwich
Mauldon's second pub, opened recently. What an improvement! 8 real ales available on my visit (a miserable monday night in January) including Silver and Black Adder, Youngs bitter and Brewer's Gold in excellent condition. Had just started serving food that day, hot baps, pork pies etc available all day plus a lunchtime menu. They have got plans for Saturday breakfasts and Sunday lunch. A skiffle band is advertised for the end of the month. Nice to see that Murphy the bear has followed Clive & Sally from Sudbury. Well worth a visit!
