Leyton Orient Supporter's Club, Leyton

What a wonderful change from the majority of away grounds. Popped in for a couple before the sky blues v Orient game. Friendly staff, very amicable atmosphere and a good selection of well kept ales. Good luck for the rest of the season.

Flying Standard, Coventry

The standard has gone downhill rapidly since the departure of assistant manager, Sean. The majority of the guest ales are always not ready to be served even though the pump clips would suggest otherwise. Fairly clueless staff who seem to have a problem topping up your pint after they've served it with a huge head. I was even informed by one that it had to have a big head to make it legal. You couldn't make it up. Increasingly this pub is one to avoid. Its a real shame after it had improved considerably.

The Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield

Thoroughly enjoyed my recent visit. Tried three Acorn beers. The Gorlovka, Old moor porter, and the Noel winter ale were all on fine form. Should have stayed here instead of wasting the afternoon at Oakwell.
