Very quiet on a Sunday evening - even when the band from the jazz room came in for a quick one between warm up and perfromance it still wasn't half full. As someone else has said, it isn't intimate and proably worked better when it was two separate bars rather than one large room.
The thai food is fantastic and we had no problems with plates not being cleared quickly. Beer was fine as well.
All in all, there's nothing wrong with it, but only the Thai food is special, which may not be enough of a USP as there are lots of other pubs nearby.

Have been a couple of times in the last few weeks and haven't had the problems described here - although I think I've been there at the same time as the landlady and haven't ordered more than some potato wedges. The drink's fine, the atmosphere is ok - it never seems to get really busy which is probably a symptom of the variable service. Decor is trying too hard. What will be interesting is their plan to put an ice rink in the carpark on the weekend before Christmas - shows great iniative by the landlady, but could be another triumph of style over substance? I won't be around to see it but hopefully it'll get a mention here from someone.

It's not really a pub, is it? More a restaurant with a bar at the front.
Have had bigger portions for the same price but then it's a Gordon Ramsey so you're paying a bit for the name. Still worth it though - the bread and butter pudding in particular was first rate.
