Ho Ho! Good one hitchinboy, your naiviety is wonderful to behold. You do make me chuckle. Not another block of flats was built?! what like those that were almost built on the Avenue if a certain party did not get planning permission for his new house. There were no qualms then about selling out to a developer for flats.

The New Inn, St Johns Wood
Enjoyed a lovely thai meal here after watching the cricket at nearby Lords. It's not the closest to the ground, but worth seeking out for real ale, good grub and atmosphere
