This pub is on the expensive side, granted, but it's worth it to hear the hilariously cheesey chat-up lines of the little bar man. So naff, it was impossible not be amused.

All Bar One, Leicester Square

Number One: It's in the middle of tourist overpriced hell
Number Two: It's All Bar One
Total yuck. Why anyone would chose to go to a place like this more than once is beyond me. The only reason I went was cos I had arranged to meet a group of friends before going on elsewhere, and it was big enough to accommodate us outside. But really, what is the point of these places? I don't know a single person who thinks they are any good.

The Alexandra, Clapham

Like the Alex in summer where you can sit upstairs with the windows wide open and watch the world go by. For some reason though, I always seem to get incredibly pissed there, which I know is the point of the pub, but as a hard-core seasonsed drinker I find it quite disturbing that I get as drunk as I do. Highly recommended though there are lots of little flies downstairs - has anyone else noticed this?
