its alright during the summer when the students have gone,some cheap beer offers during the afternoon,not bad bar staff,but havent been in when its busy . Food usual bland chain affair,not the pubs fault iam sure.if youre are a visitor try it one summers afternoon

Have good prices most of the time,(apart from the food that is) A massive screen for the football, theres the good points>>
yeah can be full of idiots later on and the door staff think they are really clever ha ha

What a legendary landlord, great prices in the afternoon,friendly regulars, toilets are so clean,well maybe not the gents,cant have everything,Beer Garden in the summer, you cant beat the views. Pool table and jukebox what a winner of a pub
