Fox & Coney Inn, South Cave
I just came across DoctorRadio's post and thought I'd better add that The Fox is still alive (though not kicking). It must have had a reprieve. I don't spend as much time in there as I used to, but it seems like some of the old atmosphere has been lost with the recent changes in stewardship. Don't let this put you off though - it's still a great village pub and the atmosphere will only return if people don't desert it!
