Extremely disappointing. Probably the worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Rude staff making faces at customers. When I made a complaint the manager didn't even pretend to listen to me, just told me that she doesn't believe what I'm saying about her staff. Avoid it all cost, unless if you like being treated like a doormat.

The Ranelagh, Bounds Green

The food is quite decent, however I am not sure if the people working behind the bar are familiar with the words "customer service". Yesterday lunch time there was no soap in the boys' bathroom so I popped in to the girls' to find both soap containers empty. After I told staff they said they would sort it out. Eventually one of them went out to an off licence to buy some handwash. When she returned she casually put it in my hand and asked me to take it to the bathroom. I thought I was a customer who should be respected but instead of apologising to me, I had to take the soap to the bathroom because I wanted to wash my hands before eating. We ordered bangers and mash and a steak (which was quite chewy). It took about 40 minutes to get the food. In the mean time two members of staff were chatting to each other rather loudly about shifts and other work related issues that I had no desire listening to and thought it was inappropriate and quite unprofessional.
