Since new management have taken over what has happened to the food menu? Portions have been reduced and the prices have increased. Looking at the menu veg is a thing of the past - it's chips or rice with everything. Not everyone wants a spicy shepherds pie, spicy lasagna or a choice of 3 different curries - bring back the traditional roast where we had a choice of two sometimes three! Who ever put together this menu certainly did not have customer satisfaction in mind it's more for the benefit of the kitchen staff - 'slap dash' - (e.g. home made coleslaw has now been replaced with the cheapest supermarket version). I would advise that this is a drink only pub - if you're after decent food go elsewhere! Having been a long standing regular I think the customer numbers have dropped significantly. It appears the patrons are now going elsewhere and who can blame them!
Bring back the previous management and save the sinking ship - I guess we were just spoilt with good traditional homemade food and excellent value for money.
I wonder what curry will be served on St Patrick's day!!
