The Kings Head, Woodbridge

I went to this pub last August when my girlfriend was working down in Suffolk at the British Larder (which too is very good). The thing that will get me back is the promise of fantastic Adnams beer, a great atmosphere and hearty food. I'm not sure the history of the pub but its certainly a crooked old building with oodles of character. The next time I get a few days together I'm getting across (from West Herts) to this place. Love it.

The Richmond Public House and Kitchen, Clifton

It's not just the name that's changed. The Clifton Cow sits here now and long may it stay. Excellent for watching sport and going for a sunday lunch. I went there last month and had an excellent lunch. Food, beer and service were all fantastic. I can't praise this place enough! Go there.

Bristol Ram, Bristol

One of the best pubs in Bristol. Lively atmosphere with great beer on tap, nice furnishings and friendly staff. Getting food here is definately a must. I recommend having a pie but is all excellent. Can't wait to go back there when I'm next in Bristol.
