The Red Lion, Teddington

As you can see from my username I am the chef at The Red Lion.
I am the person whose hard work you have chosen to rubbish without even knowing whether the food is good, bad or indifferent.
I am the person who, since the beginning of December, has been trying to build a business under very difficult trading conditions, working six days a week, cooking all the food from scratch, not buying it in and reheating the same old rubbish.
To then have to read your dismissive and uninformed comments regarding the reviews of two of my customers is very disappointing. One wonders whether you have nothing better to do.
For your information watscooking is the head chef at on of the best dining pubs in Surrey, having won many awards over many years. I imagine he is much more qualified to pass comment than most as firstly he has been a chef for twentys years and secondly, and I feel more importantly, he has actually been to the pub.
I you have anything else to say why not come and rubbish my work to my face. You know where I'll be Tuesday to Sunday.
