Lord Nelson Hotel, Stoneclough

I booked this pub for Mother's day 2008 but when we arrived they had no record of our booking. They made no attempt to accommodate us or apologise, they just shrugged. Our party of five left the pub rather embarrassed. They had a terribly rude and arrogant attitude. I wouldn't have much faith in an establishment which offers "muscles and chips" on the "daily specials" menu anyway, would you? Would have liked the opportunity to rate this pub.
