Admiral Taverns sold the Swan in December 2010. New tenants, Glenn & Alison ( and Max the dog ) took it over as a free house in January 2011. Currently 6 rotating real ales, plus a real cider, and counting. On the trans-Pennine Rail Ale Trail, between Manchester & Huddersfield.

The Tunnel End Inn, Marsden
Disastrous to see the Tunnel End 'temporarily closed'. Brilliant pub, especially in the summer months, and just the nicest owners you could wish to meet. Gary & Bev, I sincerely hope you can get this beauty up & running again, and soon - i miss it already, and that will only get worse as the sun gets hotter. Good luck!
