Nags Head, Reading

What can I add that has not been said before. The beer is consistantly great, the bar stuff very friendly and the general ambiance welcoming. I love this pub and have not taken to going there 2 or 3 times a week to sample the beers on offer that change so rapidly you are tempted never to leave.

I have seen young and old here all enjoying themselves and for many I am sure this is their first taste of real ale. Many lager drinkers have seen the light and moved to ale after drinking in this pub. The food is good and wholesome and I only wish they would serve it for longer as I usually get in after 7pm when the food ends.

If I had one criticism it would be the issue around the Reading football coach but as I know when they are playing, I avoid the pub.
