The Enterprise, Chalk Farm

Very rude staff and terrible service. I ordered a glass of wine that was definitely off, went to tell the girl behind the bar (who said she thinks it's all disgusting anyway). Her colleague (manger?) tasted it, said it was fine, wouldn't offer me a refund or alternative, and was really rude. Maybe she spends hours painstakingly selecting the wines personally, then pays for them out of her own pocket. Otherwise, what happened to doing the decent thing and giving the customer the benefit of the doubt? Basically, they don't give a shit. They don't want to be there. And they don't want you there either. I won't be spending my money there again.
