why when things begin to look up and regulars get settled do wells insist on again and again trying to sell the tenancy on... knowing full well that another lot of management will lose their investment after 6months and the pub is back where it started ...empty! how will this pub ever succeed?

to say this pub is screwed up really just leaves me dumbfounded.. the guys running it have turned it into a little goldmine... plastic glasses are about public safety.. as this bar has a late licence and gets very busy.. i'd prefer to feel safe and use plastic glasses.. (high quality at that) i frequent this pub more than any other in bedford and feel at home every time... i'll really miss this place when i move!

a sunday open mic night recently started makes for a great nights entertainment listening to bedfords extremely talented local musicians! definitely makes a change from the karaoke/jukebox pubs!
