The Dexter, Shadwell

dear sir or madam my friend and i went for a meal to your dexter pub on sat evening 24 th january a lovely warm welcome with ur fire and agood atmosphere we sat down with our drinks there wasnt many people in the pub we gave our order and was told it would 45 mins wait the food arrived 5o mins later which was really lovely and nicely served we ate our first course and then ordered our desserts at 20.50pm they arrived at 20 mins to ten my friends custard with the lemon sponge was stone cold we returned it and it came back ten mins later with 2 cappuchinos which was lovely but just warm at this stage we could not be bothered to return them u should take a leaf out of the lord darcy alwoodley when u go there u are served extemely quickly so we cant imagine what u are doing wrong in your management but the waiter was helpful but unfortunately it was out of his control
