The Blue Bell, Callow End

A local village pub that serves a very palatable rang of beers including some real ales on a guest basis. Always a warm welcome from the Landlady and her staff and the food is very good at a reasonable price and a good varied menu. Well worth a visit and always very accommodating of campers at the many sites nearby.

Royal Oak Inn, Leigh Sinton

We were somewhat dissapointed after a recent visit for a meal at this pub. Once a first choice where it was a must to book on a Friday night, we called in en spec and had a choice of tables! The menu was much the same as we had eaten from previously, but the standard of the food has certainly dropped. Frozen greasy chips turn me cold and I wouldn't expect that from somewhere that previously had such a good reputation. I know it changed hands a while back, but the new owners need to get the food back on the rails or they may start to struggle. Bar area is snug and a pleasant enough garden area with some decent ales if you are just looking for a nice pint.

The Kings Head, Upton Upon Severn

A riverside pub that clearly gets very popular in the warm weather when drinkers can sit outside and watch the world and boats go by. We went for a meal and we were pleasantly surprised with the menu and the food served. Prices are reasonable and the service and food were good. A decent pint of Londons Pride and although not a massive selection of ales it was ok. Certainly we would look to go back there again.
