The Ealing Park Tavern, South Ealing
The food is good - but the minimalist open-plan style is cold and uncomfortable. The beer range is good and well-kept, but I liked this place before it went arty. It's okay to eat in but 'public house' it ain't.

Re: 'speccie27' - it's a busy pub, the food is excellent as is the beer - no wonder they are full on a Sunday? Don't take it personally, I doubt your looks came into it at all! Middle class? Not at all - just well-known locally. Make a reservation next time, it'll be worth it
