The Queen Charlotte, Andover

Just got back from a meal at this pub with my family. We were all really, really disappointed. Shortly after we made our food order we were told that my son couldn't have what he'd asked for, because they were having problems with their freezer. We therefore ordered him something else. The food was served and just after I started tucking in, I realised that the lamb shank I'd ordered was completely frozen in the middle! I sent it back, heard the chef microwaving it, and was then served the same piece of meat, which, by this point, had been nuked to within an inch of it's life. It was tough and I was worried about eating it because of food poisoning, so just ate my veg. I really wish I hadn't wasted my money here and would advise anyone to steer clear. Just hope I don't get food poisoning now!
