Went here on a Friday night after a friend has reserved an area upstairs for a reasonable £25 fee. Unfortunately won't be back again - the music upstairs was piercingly loud - terrible 'treble' that literally made your ears crack and give you a headache after a short while.
Only one bar man upstairs - with most people ordering several different cocktails at a time, we spent more time waiting at the bar for drinks than enjoying them with our friends.
Bar man was blatantly snorting cocaine - he'd disappear for 5 minutes (leaving the bar empty) then come back up constantly sniffing. Could spot it a mile off.

Glass collector lady swiped my friends cocktail away after it was only half drunk - ended up telling the barman and he did oblige replacing with another one which was something at least.
