Moors Bar, Crouch End

normally i would avoid memebers bars in favour of 'real pubs' but this one is worth while for the follwing reason: real pubs are really only worth while if you are at least 50 miles outside london. in london 'real pub' often translates into pikey nightmare. the members only bit seems to serve just to keep chavs out. its not at all difficult to join. a welcome relief from the chain pubs and pikey pubs scattered about london. nice people behind the bar, nice clientelle. atmosphere is relaxed, chics are hot. its the sort of place you can mix with people you didnt come with, without any worries about stress. my kind of place.
