The Three Houses, Sandal

I used to visit this place years ago and have enjoyed many a good pint there; however, very disappointed after a recent visit; average beer; insipid wine; outrageous prices (about �6.50 for a glass of wine and a soft drink!) Bar staff friendly and courteous; got the impression that the food is now more important than the beer

An excellent pub serving good choice of real ales and reasonable prices; an oasis in the desert!
