Dear jkbayley, my name is Matt May and I am the General Manger of The Wise Old Owl Kingsfold. I am very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. However I would like to point out that if a complaint was made at the time of dinning it would have been dealt with accordingly. All feedback is taken as positive being good or bad. Without feedback from customers like yourself it is very hard to see, drive the business in the right direction. However I would also like to point out we have no and do not sell duck. Are you sure you have the correct establishment? I would also like to point out that as a small country pub we take great care and attention with are bitters. At each firkin change the lines are cleaned to create that crisp clean pint. I invite you to contact me on this matter at the Owl and I hope we can rectifier the situation.
