Went last week,decided to give it another go this week. Not over pricey, food is great, the beef was one of the best I have ever eaten. Service lousy. Inexperienced staff running around all over the place, and no senior waiter/manager to be seen. Complaints all around us, and nobody cared. Someone has spent a lot of money on this place, and they need to get a grip before it all goes wrong. Spoke to a couple of couples in the car park. They, like us, are gutted that they cannot return due to poor service. Back to the New Inn, lot's of local drunks, but better service.
