went in here after I had heard great comments from others on the 30th june lunch time wasnt that busy we ordered a ploughmans with ham and a burger n chips. received 30 mins later only to discover ploughmans didnt have cheese I went back to complain and recevied 10 mins later then discovered my burger was completley rare !!! complained again eventualy got replacement 30 mins later but no chips had to wait another 15 mins. OVER ALL THIS EXPERIENCE WAS DREADFULL I SPENT �24 FOR THIS RUBBISH AND THE SERVICE LEAVES ALOT TO DESIRE I DIDNT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY AND WILL NEVER RETURN NOT TO MENTION I WILL DEFINETLY BE NOT RECOMENDING IT. I work hard for my money and dont appreciate wasting it SO WAKE UP TO CUSTOMER SERVICE
