3 weeks ago sunday roast was served cold. This time realised we were over charged, we received a plain "sorry about that". When food arrived we became very dissapointed, tasteless rubbery burgers which are overly parsleyed. When waiter came back from kitchen, said that they didn`t have any problems today and no complaints received. This brought more annoyment to us as we were expecting "we`ll sort it out" approach but sadly they didn`t care. Manager saw the problem and didn`t even move his finger. We just left both our burgers, feeling hungry as we arrived If I`m dying from thirst I don`t think I`d go there for a drink. Cold staff apart from the waiter who did try to talk to kitchen. As another user said, yes it`s good for sport. %100 agreed. We will never eat there again.
