Friendly staff and an excellent pint of Wickwar Rite Flanker.Even a jazz band playing!Well worth a visit if walking the nearby disused canal.

The Master Gunner, Moorgate

Overpriced beer(318p for a pint of youngs bitter!) and food.Better value elsewhere in area.

The Pheasant, Toddington

Seems to have gone downhill since my last visit.Broken light fittings and a tatty interior;staff sloppy and a lack of customers at Sunday lunchtime.Food overpriced for location.
