The Spread Eagle, Norwich

This pub has now reopened as the Erpingham Arms. It is more of a restaurant with a bar area then a village pub.
The staff were friendly and were happy for our dog to go into the bar area. There were five local real ales on, which I was impressed with, and not too expensive. Didn't eat there, but it was fully booked on the saturday we were there. Prices were above pub food prices. There is a kids play area that my daugther and friend enjoyed alot. Will go back when next that way.

Alby Horseshoes Inn, Erpingham

This pub is close to the camp site we were staying in. Went there for dinner and thought the food was good. Very friendly staff and locals, good selection of ales. It is dog friendly, which suited us. Intend to go back there when next in the area.

The Mayflower, Rotherhithe

This pub was excellent. It is right on the thames, and extremely atmospheric inside. The staff were very hospitable, and the fish and chips I ordered was superb, real batter and proper chips.
There were 4 different beers on, the Greene King Springer I had was very good. One of the perty wasn't keen on his IPA and changed without question. Beer prices towards top end for a pub, but I felt I was getting my money's worth.
