The Bree Louise, Euston

fantastic ale pub. 10 beers on gravity and 8 on handpump. briiliant selection of beers from all over the country. was an old fashion corner local but now a specialist ale house. very busy at weekends. handy for main line and underground trains. must visit if you like your ale

The Esplanade, Bangor

3 handpumps in bar usually serving whitewater beers. staff and customers not particularly friendly. dont be surprised to get odd looks or comments if you order real ale.
nice location overlooking belfast lough with attractive beer garden.
one of only two outlets that serve real ale in bangor, although this is about a mile from town centre in upmarket ballyholme.
