Canal House, Nottingham

Really nice city centre pub. Clean and tidy throughout with a great selection of ales and a comfortable atmosphere. It was just a shame about the attitude of the bar staff, one lady in particular. I visited on a thursday night so the pub was not really busy but every time i asked for a drink, i just felt that i was really putting her out. When i got my card out to pay she actually tutted at me, (I Was buying a round of five drinks and there was no one else waiting) We would of stayed in all night but after that we drank up and left. If it wasn't for her we would of spent another forty pound in there. Overall really nice pub, just don't go in on a Thursday night, or if you do get the young lad to serve you because he was good.
