The Victoria, Woodham

Sunday 18th July I decicded to take the little lady to the Victoria for dinner. Lamb shanks were the order of the day which we both had. An italian lady cooking an English dish her way. It exceeded all our expectations. I would highly recommend the food here it was outstanding and worth every penny we paid. This pub is going from strength to strength. I congratulate Pete, Angela and there team, you have all given us our pub back.

The Victoria, Woodham

I cannot understand why the rating on this pub is so low. Since it has re opened with new landlords this place has never been empty, the landlords are friendly always making time for their customers, constantly chatting with them and making everyone feel so welcome. We now have a place that can be called a proper english pub at last. The food looks very good although not tried it as yet and can imagine when they are more settled and established will expand the menu. It is so good to have the place open again and within walking distance or maybe crawling distance. Keep it up Pete your locals are behind you WELL DONE mate
