Last time I was in there the prices had risen sharply,this used to be a cheap place but does not seem to be so now.
A bloke was telling me it used to be 3 stories high,and he had managed to fall down 2.

The White Horse Inn, Beverley

It woulds be vey interesting to see if the policy of not paying for performing rights works in London where Sam Smiths has bought a chain of pubs<I don't know if the landlady has changed since I was there (the one was a cheerful dark haired lady with a attractive figure),but but I would hardly call the road a "ring road" but more a busy back street,it's easy enough to find as it is almost opposite one of Beverleys famous churches (if you have time it's worth a look,goes back to the Danes) as for the ceiling I wonder if Sam is willing to get it cleaned when the no-smoking law comes in.
