The Coopers Cask, Brighton

Can't lavish enough praise on this pub. By far my favourite place to drink in Brighton & Hove. They have the best selection of beers and now have a weekly geust ale from local microbreweries. Also they've just changed their head chef and the food quality has gone up ten fold. Some of you mayknow of her, her name is Sandra, and she was the head chef at the Eclipse and the Hop Poles before that, her food is simply just amazing. Also they've just started putting DJ's on at the weekends again, and now have free wi-fi and Illy Coffee (my favourite coffee). All in all, a fantastic cosy boozer, always packed with a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!
