The Telegraph, Moorgate

Yes it's dull and featureless, but it's a good alternative if you are looking for somewhere you can find a seat and have a chat without having to shout over the music. [Dr Butlers Head is nearby but can be full, and Gable is too noisy]

The Globe, Moorgate

Agreed about very slow service. This place is right next door to my office. It's convenient but unbelievably slow at peak times - it would be quicker to walk to tesco metro at bank buy drink and walk back.

The place does clear out quite a bit later on, so no problems getting served then.
