The Old Fisherman, Shabbington
It looked delightful but unfortunately:
The waitress was so busy chatting to her mates she got my order wrong
The garlic bread was drenched in oil and not at all crispy
The chips were not cooked in hot enough fat
The fishcakes were extremely spicey- no warning of this on the menu and then the manageress shouted at me that I should have asked! Oh, yes and they were deep-fried! Good grief.
Over-priced by at least �3 per dish.
POoor, poor poor.
Would never ever go back there. Should have eaten at Mac Donalds!
