The Cricketers, Kingston Upon Thames

I once shat myself in this pub. I was on an all day session and I'd had a few, so eventually I needed a piss. I went to the bogs to relieve myself and thought, while I'm at it, I'd enjoy a good old fashioned fart at the same time. I let rip with a beauty, it sounded like angels singing....unfortunately, at the same time, a shit came out of my arse and landed in my trousers.

The Lamb, Surbiton

Not a bad pub, and yes, it does attract the more arty crowd. However, as word has spread about this place and it's grown more popular, it seems to be full of wannabe, plastic bohemian types rather than the genuine article. It can be good fun down here, but it can sometimes be a bit too "cliquey" to make it a local...I do get the impression that some of the regulars consider themselves local celebraties, rather than a buch of people who drink in the same pub!
