I lived in Saltash for ten years, went to St Stephen's Primary then Wearde Comprehensive. I left school in 1978, worked in The Rodney for about four months before emigrating to Australia in May 1979. I don't know if anyone remembers me at all, it has been 31 years!

The Rodney, Saltash
I worked as a barmaid for 4months in 1979, and it was the most fun I have had in a job situation. The boss (Bob ) was good, and the beer and food excellent. I am glad to see the place is still as popular now as it was then
